How to reach us
Email contact@dealerdocsapp.com or use the contact form. A real person reads every message. We usually reply within one business day.
What to include (so we can help faster)
- Your state and RTO.
- The vehicle type (car / bike) and a short description of your situation.
- What you're trying to do (create an agreement, understand RC transfer, a challan after selling, etc.).
Common topics
- Sale agreements — what a clear car or bike sale agreement should contain. See the format guide.
- RC transfer — the Parivahan process and deadlines. See how to transfer RC.
- Form 29/30 — what they are and when to file. See Form 29 & 30 explained.
- Post-sale issues — a challan or notice after you've sold. See seller liability.
App status
DealerDocs is in final Android verification, bug testing and feature confirmation. There is no public download yet — when the app is ready on the Play Store, we'll point the launch CTA at the official store link and notify everyone who left their details.
Feature availability
Some features (identity/vehicle verification, electronic signing, e-stamp and payments) depend on third-party providers and final production setup, and may be limited during testing. If you hit one of these while testing, you may see a message that the feature will activate after production setup.
DealerDocs helps users create and organize vehicle sale agreement documents. It does not replace RTO ownership transfer, legal advice, or any government process. Official RTO ownership transfer remains separate, and requirements may vary by state/RTO.
